Ruvo del Monte:
antica città dei Sanniti, è un paese ricco di storia e di tradizioni.
Centro del nord della Basilicata, si inerpica su uno sperone di montagna e si allunga sul crinale di una collina, con poco più di mille abitanti, ma tanto vitale lascia incantato il visitatore che si imbatte in questo lembo di terra lucana, per tanta tranquillità, per il suo paesaggio, per la sua architettura composta.
La sua economia è per lo più è basata sull'agricoltura e artigianato locale.
Nel mese di ottobre a Ruvo del Monte si svolge la Sagra dell’Uva e del Vino, manifestazione popolare dedicata a questo nobile frutto ed alla bevanda che ci delizia.
Le numerose cantine, aperte per l’occasione dai produttori locali, offrono spuntini ed assaggi, mentre le vie del paese sono animate da musica e spettacoli.
